POLICY: Custom shoes are NON-REFUNDABLE we GUARANTEE all custom shoes will look close as possible to shoes shown on our site. Also once a down payment is made for us to get started on your custom shoes you're OBLIGATED to pay your left over balance once your shoes are finished. Anyone who doesn't pay their left over balance is subject to be fined. So if you're not serious about getting some shoes please do not order or pay for them. So by ordering with us you're entering into an agreement to pay the full amount for your item. Also please note that all sheos are customized by hands so some shoes may not look exactly like the pics also some designs are subject to change w/o notice. And During the holidays customization takes longer than usual. Jersey size policy: Jerseys and shoe sizes are subject to run out in an event the jersey or shoe size you ordered we will send you the next size up. If you order a size 9 and we only have a 9.5 in stock you will be sent a size 9.5 and if you order a size 52 jersey and we only have a 54 in stock we'll send you a 54.
